			including the custom design work order contract.
        When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be

			number, credit card or payment information.

			We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the 
			safety of your personal information when you place an order, or 
			enter/submit or access your personal information.
        
			Your payment information is not kept on the premises of the store or 
			custom design studio once your order has shipped--payment information 
			is shredded in a cross-cut shredder.
        
			We offer the use of a secure server.  All supplied 
			sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer 
			(SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway 
			providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with 
			special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the 
			information confidential.
        
			After a transaction has been processed/approved, your private 
			information (credit card number, payment information) will not be 
			stored.

			        We do not use

			to outside parties?
       
			No, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to 
			outside parties your personally identifiable information.  This 
			does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating 
			our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as 
			those parties agree to keep this information confidential.  We 
			may also release your information when we believe release is 
			appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or 
			protect ours or others rights, property or safety.  However 
			non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to 
			other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

		Shipping and Return Policy
	  Order Processing
		
			- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from Billings, 
			Montana; upon receipt of approved payment and depending on the 
			volume of orders being processed.
 
			- Most orders will generally arrive 1-7 business days after being 
			shipped depending on the shipper or shipping method you select.  
			There may be delays during holidays.
 
			- Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
 
			- The day the order is submitted, does not count as a delivery or 
			processing day.  I highly suggest calling me (727-685-2134) 
			directly to ensure your merchandise will arrive when needed.
 
		
		Shipping Carriers
	  
		  - Orders shipped may be shipped using United States Postal Service, 
		  UPS or FedEx.  Standard shipping will include tracking and 
		  insured, using the most cost effective carrier for your address.
 
		  - Expedited shipping (overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day) is available for 
		  an additional shipping fee and will be added to your order for payment 
		  processing upon verifying fee with shipper.
 
		  - You will receive an email with the tracking number of your 
		  shipment.  
 
		  - Your order status on the website will be updated nightly to 
		  reflect shipping method and tracking number--just in case you don't 
		  receive your email with that information.
 
	  
		Refund policy
	  Custom Designed Albums and Special orders
	  Because albums, pages or products are custom designed, I am unable to 
	  allow refunds or returns.  
Special orders are paid for in 
	  advance, so there is no refunds.
	  Scrapbook Store
	  Returns must be made within 30 days of date on 
	  your receipt and in resalable condition.
Damages in shipping claims are 
	  made directly by you to the shipper at the time you receive the damaged 
	  shipment, they will need the damaged shipping box.  Contact the 
	  shipper for more information.  I will do all I can to ensure your 
	  shipment is packaged properly, but things do happen and everything will be 
	  done to help you with your claim.
